Receive Overviews of Financial Literacy Instructional Materials and Resources From 15 Local, State, and National Organizations

Choose two-45 minute sessions Tuesday 10/27/20 and Wednesday 10/28/20.

This year the COVID-19 pandemic challenged everyone, especially teachers. Navigating the impacts on health and economics has forced everyone to adapt quickly. Do you need suggestions on how to improve engagement with classroom instructional skills? Do you want to teach your students relevant lessons to help them become financially prepared for the future? Then, the Virtual SC Finance Forum is for you!

Our virtual conference is schedule for two nights, Tuesday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 28. Each evening you can choose one or two 45-minute sessions. Teachers, administrators, and support staff, will have the opportunity to learn from local, state, and national organizations lead by experts to discuss proven instructional methodologies and resources that are adaptable to your remote, hybrid, or in-person classroom.

The 2020 Virtual SC Finance Forum will provide a total of 15 concurrent webinars spread over four sessions. You will have the opportunity to select one webinar in each session for a total of four opportunities. Here is what we suggest:


  • Attend one webinar during SESSION 1 on Tuesday, October 27th from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm.

  • Attend one webinar during SESSION 2 on Tuesday, October 27th from 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm.

  • Attend one webinar during SESSION 3 on Wednesday, October 28th from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm.

  • Attend one webinar during SESSION 4 on Wednesday, October 28th from 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm.

South Carolina teachers who attend and participate in 2 or more LIVE Virtual SC Finance Forum webinars and fill out the SC Finance Forum Evaluation Form at the end of the conference (sent via email) will be eligible to receive a $50 incentive.

PLUS, teachers can receive re-certification credits issued by the South Carolina Department of Education for each session they attend, up to four credits.
